Sycamore Capital
Scott Sanchez/ Reggie Sanchez
(929) 255-4704
Having worked with Scott and Reggie Sanchez, I can personally say their clients always come first. NHI looks forward to a long working relation with Sycamore Capital. Their experience speaks for itself.
Scott’s background in the capital markets range from a nationally recognized brokerage firm to globally visible Wall Street investment bank Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. While at MSDW, Mr. Sanchez handled and became proficient in a wide range of asset classes but an invitation to Co-Direct Investor Relations with brother Reggie Sanchez at Incubator Firm Web Ideas, ended his stay at MSDW. His responsibilities consisted of helping facilitate a real estate technology portal company (dot com) go public.
Sanchez also helped co-found the stock promotion/IR firm TwinTrader.com which promoted publicly traded companies and also co-founded Pre-IPOGroup which specialized in financing for publicly traded companies using various, proven, cutting-edge financing strategies.
Scott graduated from The Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a B.B.A. double majoring in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate.
Reggie Sanchez began gathering valuable experience at the retail level with smaller, regional firms before finally landing at global Wall Street bank, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
After a short stay at MSDW, he was invited to spearhead money raising efforts as Director of Investor Relations for Web Ideas, an incubator who, at the time, needed help taking a real estate technology portal (dot com) public.
After acquiring vast experience as Director of Investor Relations and in corporate finance, Sanchez also co-founded the stock promotion/IR firm TwinTrader.com. Promoting publicly traded companies kept Sanchez actively involved in corporate finance and doing so led to the founding of Pre-IPOGroup which specialized in financing for publicly traded companies using various, proven, cutting-edge strategies.
Reggie graduated from The Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University with a B.B.A. holding two degrees. The first degree in Entrepreneurship and the second in Real Estate.
