From Acapulco, Mexico. Ms. Carranza started working as bilingual secretary for some of the most renown hotels such Marriott, Hyatt, and the Princess. Her qualifications and knowledge of the English language and financing gained her recognition in the Hotel Industry. In 1974 Ms. Carranza worked for the number 1 travel agency in Acapulco, Turismo Caleta; as their Groups Coordinator. In 1977 Ms. Carranza worked for Daigle Aqua, Inc. in Canada; where she learned and became fluent in French.

Supervisor/Hilton, Majoring in interior design, he has worked in different venues of corporate hotels with over 10 years at Corporate Marriott and over 5 years Double Tree Hilton and currently with the Embassy Suites. His experience as guest service agent and management involved him in various aspects of the hotel including; hotel rate codes and setting up corporate/ leisure guest’s reservations in the hotel room block., managing the sales clientele and showroom setups for the sales managers.

Has managed private golf clubs for the last 31 years. His focus in the hospitality arena as Chief Operating Officer with budgets annually of $8 million dollars plus and overseeing as many as 120 employees provides him a hands on knowledge of golf, food and beverage and high maintenance clientele. Fuhadith(Faith) de Valle was the Director of TIPS(Technological Information Pilot System) from the United Nations in Ecuador and successfully opened the first office of TIPS in Guayaquil. She has been in the real estate and lending business since 2002. She worked under Edna Rodriguez (president of NHI Solutions. LLC) and with different lenders and Realtors.
