Mrs. Rodriguez has been in the real estate business in California since 1988 whose expertise is in network marketing and working with investors. She and her partner in California started and grew a company from 4 agents to over 300. Featured in Who’s Who 2003, 2004 for accomplishments in real estate and asked to write for The Press Telegram’s Real Estate section, she decided to open a commercial investment company. Her real estate companies were one stop shops, real estate, lending and broker owned Escrow Company. The unconventional set up, in high rise buildings vs. store front shops, flat fee vs. percentage commission and one stop shop defied the norm and yielded success. Now that this has grown to a network of over 100 capital sources, so have the request for different types of loan products and the need for specialized consultants and advisors.
